PAYMENT METHODS:
The allowed forms of payment are:
CARD: The purchase price will be debited from your bank account, usually immediately or within 24 hours from the day of the order and will be considered effective after confirmation of the payment to our bank.
In the event that the POS (RedSys Point of Sale Terminal) informs us of the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing you on-line or by email of this cancellation.
The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's servers and are then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.
Your card details will not be stored by us and will be protected by SSL protocols when transmitted over the internet.
BIZUM: When making your purchases with Bizum, it is important to consider these conditions:
Make sure you have a Bizum linked account with the necessary funds to complete the transaction.
All the Bizum transactions are subjected to its security policies and terms of use, as well as those of the bank that handles the service.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information, especially your phone number associated with Bizum.
After using Bizum, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction, either through the Bizum app or via email.
We reserve the right to refuse any payment made by Bizum if we detect any suspicious transactions or if the necessary requirements are not met.
GRAPAT does not store or have access to your financial information used in the transaction.
BANK TRANSFER: When you select payment by bank transfer, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an email with the bank details of GRAPAT.
It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate the order number in the subject line, as well as your name and surname.
You must make the transfer within the next business day of the order confirmation date to validate it. Once this has been done, you must send a proof of payment via email, no later than the next working day from the purchase, stating your personal details and order number to: shop@grapat.eu Failure to receive proof of payment within this period will mean that GRAPAT will proceed to the cancelation of the order.
Payment must be made in EUROS. All exchange and bank fees will be charged (no falta algo más? A quien se carga las comisiones?)
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is vitally important that, when requesting the transfer, you inform your bank that you will assume the commissions at origin and the corresponding expenses to your bank. Otherwise, GRAPAT may withhold the shipment of the order, as it will not have received the full amount of the order.
PAY PAL: If you select PayPal™ as your payment method, the page will redirect you to their platform to complete the payment at the end of the purchase process.
If you are already a PayPal™ customer, you can confirm the payment by accessing your account with your user details.
If you're not registered with PayPal™, you'll need to fill out the registration form or log in as a guest.
Only the Bank and PayPal™ have access to the bank data linked to these means of payment, so that GRAPAT does not know or register these data during the payment operation either through POS or PayPal™.
Please note that by paying with PayPal™, you agree to their terms and conditions.
PAYMENT SECURITY: The use of electronic payment systems on our website entails legal liabilities.
Certain practices may be considered online scams, including:
• Provide false details of the buyer or the number of the card used as a means of payment.
• Use data belonging to people other than the buyer.
• Forge the cardholder of other people.
