SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

We do not ship to: Islands of Greece, Russia, Turkey, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain (including Northern Ireland), Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

The delivery of orders is carried out through the transport companies with which we have collaboration agreements. Delivery times, with some exceptions, will be as followed:

For in-stock products:

• 2-3 days for shipments to: Spain, Portugal, and Balearic Islands.

• 5-7 days for shipments to: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic.

• 7-8 days for shipments to: Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Romania and Bulgaria.

Please note that our orders are processed and handled from Monday to Friday, and no regular pick-ups or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

GRAPAT cannot be held responsible if the data provided in the purchase is inaccurate or incomplete, or if it is not possible to complete the delivery due to the absence of the recipient or other circumstances beyond GRAPAT's control. It is essential to provide us with a precise delivery address when placing your orders.

It is important to note that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as special periods (Christmas, Epiphany, Black Friday), transport strikes, adverse weather conditions or other similar factors, which may cause delays in shipments.

Prices generally include applicable taxes, although for shipments outside the EU and island territories, transport costs do not include any import costs or other taxes that will always be borne by the buyer.

WITHDRAWAL - RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. In this case, you'll need to:

1. Contact GRAPAT Customer Service at: shop@grapat.eu

2. Once the return has been accepted, you will have to send us the product you wish to return.

3. When we receive the product, we will check that the conditions for accepting your return are met.

4. If the return is accepted, the refund will be made as soon as possible (once the products have been received) and, in any case, no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

You must send the product by your own means to our facilities at C/ MIGJORN, 13 - 17469 VILAMALLA (GIRONA) SPAIN The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by you.

It is essential that you ensure that the product is sent back properly packaged and in optimal condition, preferably in its original packaging. Although it is not mandatory to have the original packaging, keep in mind that its absence could result in a depreciation of the value of the product compared to the initial price.

In case the product meets the aforementioned conditions, we will accept returns submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The refund of the product will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

WARRANTY

We guarantee the high quality of our products and generally speaking that they are free from defects or faults in material or labor. Our products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. The duration of the warranty is determined according to the specific conditions set forth herein and is effective from the date of purchase.

WHAT DOES THE GUARANTEE COVER??

GRAPAT will repair or replace any product during the duration of the legal guarantee, in the event that it is found that the product has a defect in the material or that it has been originated in the manufacturing process, provided that they have been subjected to normal use, following the installation, use and maintenance instructions described in the product and in these.

You should bear in mind that our products are made with natural woods that involve natural ageing that, over time, could cause a slight variation of the color of the product.

To care for or clean parts, they should be kept in a dry place. They should be wiped with a damp cloth and dried immediately. They should not be immersed in water or use disinfectants or abrasive products.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE?

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, shocks, misuse, modification, attempted repair, use of improper cleaning products, neglect, outdoor or wet area use, common wear and tear due to daily use, errors or failures due to failure to follow with instructions for assembly, use, or maintenance of the product.

In addition, due to the particular characteristics of the product, modifications or alterations caused by slight aesthetic variations in color are excluded from the warranty.

¿HOW WILL WE PROCEED IF THE WARRANTY IS ENFORCED?

GRAPAT will evaluate the product to determine if it is covered by the warranty. If so, GRAPAT will have the option of repairing the defective product or replacing it with one of the same or similar characteristics if not in stock. In this case, GRAPAT will assume the costs related to the replacement or repair of the products that are under guarantee, provided that the indicated requirements are met and it has been previously authorized.
