** For shipments outside the EU and island territories, transportation costs do not include any import costs, which will always be borne by the buyer.



Delivery times:

*** Grapat ships 3 times a week in order to reduce the impact of Co2. Our packages will be sent to the nearest collection point you have selected.

We prepare orders within 2 working days from receipt. However, in periods of high demand it may take 5 working days.

The estimated transit period from leaving our facilities depends on the destination country.

• 2-3 days to Spain

• 5-7 days for Europe countries 1, 2 and 3

• 7-8 days for those in Europe 4

Once the order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with the departure date from our warehouse and a link to the shipping company's tracking number.



Returns:

You have a period of seven working days from receipt of the product to communicate its return. To do so, contact us by sending an email to shop@grapat.eu and we will tell you the steps to follow.

In order to accept your return, you must meet the following requirements:

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must be in its original packaging and labeling.

• You must include a copy of the invoice indicating the returned product and explain the reason.

If you execute the return option, the transportation will be at your cost.

If the return is due to a manufacturing mistake o defect, you must send us a photo, a copy of the invoice and transportation charges will be at our expense.



Payment Methods:

Credit or debit card: you can pay securely with your VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards.

Paypal: make your payment securely through your PayPal account.



Why is it good for me to have a Grapat account?

It is not necessary to have an account to place an order. However, you will avoid entering your personal data with each purchase. In addition, you will have access to your personal space, your purchase and return history.

The use of your personal data will only be used for shipping purpose of your order.

If I have lost my password:

On the registration page, you will find the “forgot my password” option. You will receive a new one to the email address you provided.

There is no minimum purchase amount.

How do I know the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once prepared and at departure from our warehouse, you will receive a link to the transport website from where you can track the shipment.

What happens if my order arrives in bad condition?

All items are very carefully packaged in our warehouse. If in any case your shipment has arrived with damage, report it to the agency, take a photo, and contact us by email at shop@grapat.eu.

The CE mark guarantees that Grapat toys comply with the European Union regulations on toy safety (EN71). The European Union's regulations on toys are among the strictest in the world. In addition to the internal controls related to compliance with European regulations, our toys go through strict safety tests carried out by independent laboratories accredited by the authorities of the European Union.

It is important that the toy is used for the age group for which it is intended and that is clearly indicated on the packaging or on the toy data sheet.
